Bridging the Gap Between Opportunity and Community
"Programs don't change lives until people show up. We make sure they do."
Why We Exist

We started American Way because we noticed a recurring problem: Amazing programs were being funded, but the people who needed them most weren't showing up.

We realized that 'eligibility' is not the same as 'accessibility.' A flyer at a library isn't enough to reach a justice-impacted individual re-entering society, or a veteran navigating a complex transition. We exist to handle the difficult work of outreach, vetting, and trust-building so your program can focus on what it does best.

Boots on the Ground
We don't rely on algorithms to find people. We rely on handshakes. Our team is present in community centers, shelters, and neighborhoods, building the trust that digital ads can't buy.
Audit-Ready Integrity
We understand the pressure of compliance. Our vetting process is rigorous, ensuring every participant is eligible and every dollar of your grant funding is documented and secure.
People First
We treat every candidate with dignity. We assist with Individual Career Plans (ICP) and remove barriers like transportation and childcare to ensure long-term retention.
A Note from the Founder
"Throughout my career—from training sales teams at Chrysler to managing cases for families in Memphis—I have seen one consistent truth: Programs don't change lives until people show up.
I founded this 501(c)(3) in 2015 because I saw too many critical resources go unused simply because the 'outreach' didn't reach the right people. I have spent years working directly with priority populations—creating Individual Career Plans, navigating behavioral health assessments, and building trust in communities that are often overlooked.
My methodology is built on data and dignity. Whether I am analyzing consumer behavior to refine a campaign or applying Agile government standards to streamline a rollout, my goal is the same: to help your organization identify the unseen opportunities that drive real value."
